I have rented from a large number of rental companies over the last few years and OG for me has been the best of them all. Really proactive, professional, great rates and the car that I rented was as new. They dropped and picked up the car free of charge and had no mileage restrictions at all over the 2 weeks that I rented. The deposit was returned to our UK account literally within 30 mins. We have rented a 2009 Ford Escape and travelled across the western part of Georgia starting from Kutaisi to the mountains and to the sea. The car was in good condition and have no big problem with it. Costumer service and communication was also good. I recommend them.

The entire process was extremely straightforward and very customer-friendly. There was always a prompt response in written communication. The vehicle was in good condition, clean and just as we had ordered it. The vehicle was brought to the hotel by friendly staff at no extra cost and picked up again at another location. Брали в аренду на 6 дней Hyundai Elantra в сентябре 2024. Авто 23 года, с пробегом всего 18ткм, свежий, с кучей полезных опций (адаптивный круиз контроль, камера, люк, удержание в полосе, различные помощники). Места в салоне много, для 4 человек предостаточно, всем было комфортно. Сервис очень порадовал: - быстро отвечают в месенджере по любым вопросам. - вежливые и пунктуальные, всё вовремя, без лишнего ожидания, встретили в аэропорту с табличкой, подсказали про обмен валюты и сим-карты. - бонусом напитки в машине при подаче. - лояльность при оплате (сделали скидку в пару баксов, чтобы не возиться с мелочью) - лояльность при сдаче машины (разрешили не мыть авто перед сдачей, т.к. в последние дни были дожди).
